Mission : Develop your Rotational Moulding Project
Our design department is composed of qualified engineers, helping you through the complete process in developing your rotational moulding projects. We analyse your needs and work with you and the toolmaker at the conception stage to fulfill your requirements, input data on new materials and develop new processes. We also run with the latest versions of a 3D modelling software.
ROTOMADE offer a range of services from 3D CAD design through to the finished product.

ROTOMADE factory covers a production area of 5000m² and has a storage area of 2000m².
More than 80 people are now contributing to the company’s success, which, thanks to its significant investments, has managed to position itself as a leader in the plastic market in Luxembourg.
We produce plastics parts from 1 to 15,000 liters and transform more than 1,000 Tonnes/year of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). We also work
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and technical materials.
Our factory has several high-tech production machines for the manufacture of plastic parts.
